Zoom Setup Help
Below are the steps to install Zoom on your Computer, Tablet, or Smartphone. Zoom is used to have virtual meetings where you can see and hear the other participants.
NOTE: You will want to use Zoom on a device that has a camera and a microphone. Most desktop computers will not have this unless you have installed a webcam.
Your best experience will be to use a tablet or smartphone or a laptop that has a camera and microphone.
Requirements to use Zoom:
IPHONE OR ANDROID: Most all modern smartphones have a front-facing camera and will support Zoom.
TABLETS: Most devices with camera including Surface Pro 2 and Higher, iOS and Android devices, and Blackberry.
Windows Computer or Mac: Most any computer that has a built-in or plug-in webcam and a microphone will work.
iPhone/IPAD

Joining a meeting
There are two different ways you can Join The Meeting after you have downloaded the app or installed the program on your computer. Please note that in both cases you are not required to 'sign up' or 'sign in.'
In most cases, you will receive an email that includes a link (See below). Option 1 for joining the meeting is to simply click on the link and you will be joined to the meeting.
Option 2 for joining the meeting is to open the Zoom App or program and choose "join meeting." You will be asked for the Meeting ID#. Enter the meeting ID and you will be joined to the meeting.
In some cases you may be asked to enter a password. Regardless if you are using Option 1 or Option 2, enter the password found on the email.
See below for an example of the email.
